Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to manage inventory, load and unload shipments, and ensure our warehouse operates efficiently. This is a critical role in our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock and materials.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and perform cycle counts regularly.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and accuracy.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Perform daily safety checks on material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Equipment: Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all positions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and available to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
