Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently to meet daily quotas.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
