Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets using Zendesk or similar CRM software efficiently.
- Configure and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices for internal staff.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in our knowledge base to improve self-service options.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to implement security patches and system upgrades.
- Conduct regular system health checks to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory and cloud-based solutions (Azure/Google Workspace) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
