Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the daily operations of the supply chain, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Analyze complex logistics data to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and warehouse staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal safety and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and key vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management.
- Proven experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Associates.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to warehouse facilities.
