Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily flow of supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or overages to management immediately.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading and packing lists.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers and carriers to resolve shipping issues and delays.
- Utilize ERP software (SAP/Oracle) to track shipments and update tracking systems in real-time.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize warehouse layout and storage efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret shipping data and metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
