Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Lead code reviews, conduct technical architecture discussions, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, optimize application performance, and ensure security compliance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from conception to deployment and maintenance.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver robust, user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Experience with database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL).
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
