Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define and deliver features.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases for speed and scalability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software engineering.
- Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (Python, Java, or C# preferred).
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an urgent, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
