What You'll Do:
- Architect and implement high-performance software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver user-centric features.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure technical debt is managed.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning.
- Optimize database queries and improve application latency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using Python and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
