Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 8-12 members across development, design, and QA
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Execute risk mitigation plans and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Track KPIs using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Present progress reports to C-suite executives weekly
- Mentor junior project managers and improve team workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of project management experience with PMP certification
- Proven track record delivering complex IT infrastructure projects
- Expertise in budget management ($500K+ projects)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with cloud migration and DevOps implementations
