Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud architectures.
- Lead the technical strategy for complex backend systems, ensuring high availability and security.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues in real-time.
- Drive architectural decisions that align with company business goals and technical debt reduction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Go for backend services.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
