Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure code quality and team growth.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to define technical requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
