Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
