Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS infrastructure (EKS, Lambda, S3) supporting 10M+ daily transactions
- Automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Terraform
- Optimize system performance and reduce operational costs by 30%
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis for production issues
- Implement security best practices (IAM, KMS, VPC peering) and compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps excellence across teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Strong programming skills (Python, Go, or Bash)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Linux system administration and networking fundamentals
- Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent
- Experience with financial services or high-transaction systems preferred
