Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions and data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Update and maintain customer records in the internal database system.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
