Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 team members during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse processes using WMS technology
- Conduct daily performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Forklift certification required
