Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and order fulfillment.
- Operate scanners and handheld devices to track inventory and shipment status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work a rotating night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
