Responsibilities
- Safely unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Operate warehouse machinery (RF scanners, conveyors) following OSHA protocols
- Maintain real-time inventory counts in WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Uphold 5S standards for workplace organization and safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with basic math skills
- Proficient in using handheld scanners and inventory software
- Flexible availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule (4x10 shifts)
- Valid California driver's license (required for yard operations)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
