Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Document all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and manage call queues effectively.
- Escalate unresolved tickets to senior engineering teams promptly.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and network configurations.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
- Previous customer service or IT support experience is preferred but not required.
