Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and remote support to enterprise clients via phone and chat.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of support tickets within the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the internal ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior engineering team when necessary.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain a professional, empathetic demeanor.
- Participate in nightly team briefings to align on operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) without interruption.
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid office environment.
