Responsibilities
- Operate automated and semi-automated packaging machinery to ensure high-volume output.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and packaging defects before shipment.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods onto pallets and conveyor systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Record production data accurately using computerized inventory systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and resolve bottlenecks.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
