Responsibilities
- Perform pick, pack, and ship operations efficiently and accurately to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
- Load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols and handling techniques.
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) reliably.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for qualified applicants.
