Responsibilities
- Incident Management: Resolve hardware and software issues for over 500 internal users via ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) during night operations.
- Network Monitoring: Proactively monitor network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- User Support: Provide hands-on technical assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, and VoIP phone systems.
- Security Compliance: Enforce IT security protocols and perform nightly vulnerability checks.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and incident reports.
- Hardware Maintenance: Oversee the inventory and maintenance of night shift equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification (CompTIA A+ preferred).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
