As the night shift IT lead, you will be the guardian of our network integrity, ensuring business continuity while the rest of the world sleeps.
Responsibilities
- Monitor server health, network traffic, and system performance 24/7 during night hours.
- Resolve incoming technical support tickets and hardware issues with high urgency.
- Perform critical system backups, security patching, and firmware updates.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for internal applications and data centers.
- Conduct nightly security audits and access control reviews.
- Document technical issues and create handover reports for the day shift team.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Must be willing and able to work the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM shift.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking.
- Cisco certification (CCNA) is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software conflicts independently.
