Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and product information into the database with a minimum error rate.
- Verify and rectify discrepancies in existing data entries to ensure accuracy.
- Generate and distribute nightly reports to the management team.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client data.
- Collaborate with day-shift personnel to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
