Responsibilities
- High-Speed Data Entry: Accurately input, verify, and manage large volumes of digital data into our proprietary systems with zero errors.
- Customer Support: Assist clients via email and chat during business hours (Night Shift) to resolve inquiries and provide technical guidance.
- System Maintenance: Monitor database health and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure seamless operations overnight.
- Report Generation: Compile daily logs and performance reports for the management team to track productivity metrics.
- Security Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company data security protocols and confidentiality agreements.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
