Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal teams regarding shipment status and delays.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions and inventory movements using our ERP system.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and troubleshoot logistical issues as they arise.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading and packing lists.
- Analyze shipping data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
