Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound freight shipments efficiently.
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers to resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping logs, manifests, and inventory data.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal shipping regulations.
- Process shipping documentation including bills of lading and invoices.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize loading and unloading procedures.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential delays in the supply chain.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and logistics software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
