Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory administration.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
