Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and inventory accuracy.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to meet daily production goals.
- Enforce strict safety standards and OSHA compliance to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate stock transfers, and manage receiving and shipping processes.
- Prepare and review daily shift reports, including productivity metrics and incident logs.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure proper maintenance of warehouse machinery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Certified Forklift Operator (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
