Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to the technical roadmap of the engineering team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language and familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
