Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data
- Deploy cloud solutions including AWS and Azure environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network and infrastructure issues
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
