Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure across all organizational departments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues with immediate resolution.
- Manage cloud migrations and ensure data integrity for our critical systems.
- Conduct regular security audits and patch management to protect against cyber threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new software solutions efficiently.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
- Certification in CompTIA Network+ or CCNA is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Las Vegas area.
