Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software troubleshooting issues.
- Document all customer interactions and technical data accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate and resolve complex tickets.
- Participate in daily training sessions to maintain high product knowledge standards.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
