Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Process customer orders and manage data entry accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Represent the company brand professionally at all times.
- Identify upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
