Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Process incoming orders and manage data entry with 100% accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in training new team members on company products and sales protocols.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn new skills quickly.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Nashville area.
