Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages and documents to commercial/residential addresses within DC metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our GPS-enabled mobile app
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adapt routes dynamically for traffic/weather conditions
- Collaborate with warehouse team for seamless loading/unloading
- Uphold company safety standards and traffic regulations
Qualifications
- Valid DC driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ packages repeatedly throughout shift
- Smartphone proficiency for route navigation and documentation
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Background check and drug screening required
- Flexible availability for early morning/weekend shifts
