Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory with high attention to detail.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring cargo security and weight distribution.
- Perform quality assurance checks on products before they are shipped to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and reporting discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability; ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and tracking inventory.
