Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship high-volume e-commerce orders
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour shifts (days/nights available)
- Reliable transportation to South Bay facility
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
