Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance for complex projects.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices.
- Debug and resolve critical production issues with a focus on system stability and uptime.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to define feature requirements.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Optimize database queries and application performance for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
