Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce CRM systems to meet business requirements
- Develop and implement automation solutions using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex
- Manage user permissions, security protocols, and data governance standards
- Train end-users on Salesforce functionality and provide ongoing technical support
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards using Salesforce Analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business goals
- Lead Salesforce implementation projects and system integrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience with Salesforce Certification
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and API integrations
- Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and UI customization
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
