- Define product roadmap and prioritize initiatives using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-impact features quarterly
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Own KPI tracking and reporting to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior PMs and foster cross-functional team excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years product management experience with SaaS/fintech products
- Proven track record launching B2B financial technology solutions
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams preferred
