Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of cloud-native applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Mentor 3+ junior developers through code reviews and architectural planning
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive technical debt reduction and system reliability improvements
- Implement security best practices and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong database design and optimization skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
