Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse environment following OSHA safety standards
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in high-volume nightly operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with 99.8% accuracy
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience (night shift preferred)
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic math and computer literacy requirements
