Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and accurate documentation of high-value shipments
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations and loading/unloading
- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain 99.9% accuracy standards
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Proficient with inventory management software and barcode scanning systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4 AM) with weekend rotation
- Valid Washington state driver's license preferred
