Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone and email.
- Manage and resolve incoming service tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior team members to learn technical systems and best practices.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell service packages to existing clients.
- Conduct product training sessions for new team members as they advance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
