Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in financial APIs and payment processing
- Proven track record of mentoring engineers
- CI/CD mastery (Jenkins, Terraform, Docker)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
