Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize inventory in our state-of-the-art warehouse facility
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided) for efficient product movement
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Uphold company policies and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy (email, data entry)
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to our Long Beach facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
