Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and network connectivity
- Assist with device setup, maintenance, and inventory management
- Document all support tickets and maintain accurate records in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex troubleshooting and system upgrades
- Participate in IT security awareness training and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications (CompTIA A+, etc.)
- Valid driver's license required for occasional off-site support
