Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and network equipment
- Document all support tickets and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Assist in cybersecurity awareness training and security protocol implementation
- Support office AV systems and video conferencing setups
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (rotating schedule)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent certification (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and network fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new systems
- US citizenship or permanent residency required (government contracts)
