Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package merchandise in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation according to company protocols
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Load/unload trucks and manage dock operations as needed
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to East Tucson facility
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
